Sanctuary Rules & Stay Conduct

1. Sacred Ambience & Prohibitions

Sarangpur Trust Dharmshala & Yatri Niwas is an ashram-style spiritual sanctuary dedicated to the holy feet of Shree Kashtbhanjan Dev Hanumanji. All guests are kindly required to honor the sanctity and peaceful environment of the premises.

Strict Prohibition: Consumption, carrying, or possession of alcohol, cigarettes, bidi, tobacco, non-vegetarian food, or any narcotics is strictly prohibited across all rooms, corridors, and courtyard areas.

2. Check-in & Check-out Schedule

Standard Check-in: 11:00 AM
Standard Check-out: 10:00 AM
Late departures or early arrivals must be coordinated directly with the reception desk supervisor and remain subject to room availability.

3. Room Categories & Occupancy Discipline

To preserve hygiene and fair resource usage, guests must adhere to maximum capacity limits:

Standard Non-AC:
Deluxe AC Room:
Premium AC Room:
Family Hall Room:

Extra mattresses or individuals beyond stated limits require prior authorization and supplemental trust utility contributions.

4. Care of Trust Property

Guests are expected to treat the rooms, electronic appliances, ACs, elevator, bed linens, and bathroom fittings with care. Any willful defacement or physical damage caused to trust infrastructure will be assessed and settled prior to checkout.

5. Right of Admission Reserved

The Trust management reserves the right to deny admission or request any occupant to vacate the premises without reimbursement if there is any breach of peace, unruly behavior, or violation of ashram discipline.
